Daniel Lenagar

Daniel Lenagar is a local who was born and raised in nearby Tipton County. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee with a bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. After college, Daniel attended the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Upon graduating law school, Daniel worked as a hearing officer for the Memphis Housing Authority. This work granted him valuable insight into how judges think and make decisions. After MHA, Daniel spent a few years practicing on his own and learning the ropes of criminal law before partnering with Mr. Barnes to create a law practice centered around providing aggressive, quality legal representation.

Stephen Barnes

Stephen Barnes is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree at St. Louis University, he returned home to attend law school at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. After law school, Stephen clerked at Allen, Summers, Simpson, Lillie, and Gresham PLLC, a mid-size civil firm, before joining the Shelby County District Attorney’s office as a prosecutor, where he worked for several years. Through his work for the State, Stephen gained invaluable insight into the policies and practices of both the District Attorney’s office and local criminal courts. After leaving the prosecutor’s office, Stephen decided to put his knowledge and skills to use for his community, teaming up with Mr. Lenagar to create Lenagar & Barnes PLLC.

Roxy Rudolph

Roxy Rudolph is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree at the University of Tennessee, she returned home to attend law school at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. After graduating law school with honors in May 2015, Roxy clerked for the Honorable Camille R. McMullen on the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals before transitioning to private practice. Roxy has focused her practice on civil matters, including complex business disputes, insurance defense, and appellate work, before joining the litigation team at Lenagar & Barnes PLLC in Fall 2022.
